Store Policies

                                  Returns

To ensure the highest standard of quality and safety for our customers, we do not accept returned products.

                                     Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for items that were damaged during transit. Should you receive a damaged product, please email vania@sosgloss.com within 3 days of receiving the damaged item(s). A photo of the damaged product(s) must be provided along with a completed refund form before a refund can be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days before receiving returned funds. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

                                  Shipping

Orders ship First Class Priority within 2-3 business days upon confirmation of payment We currently only ship within the US and do not offer international shipping. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please note that holiday shipping times may vary from normal shipping, but will not exceed 5-7 business days. As a benefit to our customers, we offer free shipping on orders over $35.00.

                                  Payments

Acceptable forms of online payment include all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
